New Opportunity: Product Sales Manager [INEOS]

Imperial Professionals are looking to appoint a Product Sales Manager to work within the sales department of one of our most prestigious and forward-thinking clients – INEOS Hygienics.

INEOS is one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers and has a global turnover of £83 billion.

INEOS is one of the world’s largest synthetic ethanol manufacturers.

INEOS reacted to the ‘covid pandemic’.

How? By supporting health authorities across the globe to combat the shortage of hospital-grade hand sanitizer.

In the short-term, our behaviours have changed… In the long-term, it’s obvious that these new behaviours and the demand for hygienics will continue! We are now being told to ‘sanitize’.

INEOS Hygienics – A sustainable business, created for the “new normal”.

INEOS Hygienics now creates over 3 million bottles of hand sanitizer per month, to be supplied and stocked across Europe – supporting Health Authorities and Business/Consumer retail!

What next?

A unique (ask me why), contactless hand-sanitizing dispenser unit that will be supplied across every corner of the market!

With full control over every aspect of the distribution chain, from the dispenser unit to the sanitizer itself, INEOS hygienics will provide a reactive, complete service to its customers.

So…

We now need a Sales Manager at the top of their game to ‘drive’ this range of dispenser units to market.

We are looking for someone who is a true strategist. Someone who has a legacy in winning new business in any of the following sectors: retail, facilities management, distribution, or hospitality and leisure.

This is one of those roles that as a recruiter you get genuinely excited about recruiting, as you can see the enormous scope and potential this role has!

Tips For Working From Home

It’s the first day of working from home for a lot of people around the country. As we strap in for the foreseeable, here are six tips to keep your productivity up:

1. Stick to a routine

Get up, get dressed, start work and finish work at the same time every day – the routine will help keep you organised.

2. Have a designated workspace

Maintain a distinct difference between the place you work and the place you relax – even if it just means working in a separate area of the same room!

3. Work at a desk

It might not be possible for everyone, but if you have a table or desk we strongly recommend you utilise it.

4. Take regular breaks⠀

The human mind wasn’t made to work continuously – you should take regular breaks throughout the day (within reason, of course 😉).

5. Communication is key

Keep in touch with your colleagues, hold regular remote meetings and update each other on your progress via programs such as Asana, Slack and Microsoft Teams.

6. Schedule your day ⠀

You’ll need to organise your priorities and deadlines to stay on track; there are several tools that you can use to do this such as Evernote, Trello, Todoist and Google Docs.
