Summary of the opportunity?

This exciting Finance Director opportunity has overall responsibility for Finance, Purchasing, IT and Legal Affairs for the business.  The purpose of the role is to lead, direct and control the economic and financial situation for both distribution channels (directs sales UK B2C and dealer business B2B) from a global perspective.  The position is responsible for ensuring proper processes in all areas of responsibility, provides high quality analysis and has full P&L and budget responsibility.  The position has overall responsibility for coordinating corporate finance, managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions, IT and Legal affairs as appropriate.
